Welcome to the Florida Tax Sale Portal hosted by D&T Ventures/ VisualGov. The purpose of this page, is to consolidate the information for you and to help you better understand the Florida Delinquent Process and how our On-line Tax Sale Auction works. The links to the left provide information along with documentation, frequently asked questions, and on-line help. We encourage you to review this information before you participate in the on-line tax sale auction.

Also from this page, you can download data from the partici¬pating counties (click on Downloads above). There are three files available for each county. These files include the Certificate History file, the Certificate Holders file, and the preliminary Current Year Tax Roll information. This information is constantly changing and thus will be updated periodically leading up to the start of the auction.

Below are several training opportunities available to you to join an online Webinar to help you understand how the web application works, how to register for a specific county’s tax sale, how to place deposits, how to use the tools of the site to research properties, how to see the results of the sale, etc.
